Our fudge is meticulously crafted by taking 25 pounds of all natural ingredients to 234 degrees, then pouring them on to a 750 pound slab of Vermont marble.  There the mixture is hand worked until it is completely set.  The combination of ingredients and hand "paddling" produces an extremely creamy and smooth fudge that has a firm, shiny crust on the outside but remains creamy soft on the inside.
